Motorists driving any Ford Expeditions, F-150s and Lincoln Navigators should get their vehicles checked for a possible recall the Ford Motor Company has issued due to a possible brake fluid leak.

In a report from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration the recall effects 2016 through 2017 Expedition and Navigator models, and 2016 through 2018 F-150s.

“Dealers will replace the brake master cylinder. If the master cylinder is leaking, the brake booster will also be replaced. Repairs will be performed free of charge,” the report states.

Owners will be notified by mail with letters going out April 25.

“Owners may contact Ford customer service at 1-866-436-7332,” the report states. “Ford’s number for this recall is 22S11.”
