The 2022 Indian Scout Bobber Sixty Is the Entry into the Scout Range
The 2022 Indian Scout Bobber Sixty is the most affordable model in the American manufacturer’s Scout range of motorcycles, but it’s still a powerful machine. It borrows its styling cues from the Indian Scout Bobber and shares its smaller 61 cubic inch (1,000cc) engine with the other ‘Sixty’ models.
While the Scout Bobber Sixty looks largely like its older sibling, some differences will let you tell the two apart. For starters, the Scout Bobber Sixty gets black-out valve covers in place of the chrome-plated ones on the regular Bobber. The two also feature different wheel designs and headlight cowls.
Powering the Scout Bobber Sixty is a 1,000cc V-twin engine that produces peak output figures of 78 hp and 65 lb-ft of torque. The engine sends power to the rear wheels via a slick 5-speed gearbox that’s more comfortable at home than on the highway. The performance on offer is ideal even for a slightly newer rider, and the Scout Bobber Sixty is, arguably, the ideal entry into the 2022 Indian Motorcycle lineup.
For 2022, the Scout Bobber Sixty is available in four color schemes — Black Metallic, Black Smoke, Quartz Gray, and Ruby Smoke — with the Black Metallic colorway can be had without ABS.
The 2022 Indian Scout Bobber Sixty starts at $10,749 USD / $12,999 CAD.
